Arriving by yacht
The brochure describes a planned shuttle every 15 minutes at peak times and every 30 minutes otherwise. These figures are departure intervals, not crossing times. Check the operating hours, guest access and arrangements for luggage before choosing a residence.
A home on the water or among the gardens
The Floating Villa illustrations show a balcony and infinity pool over the water. The Tree Villa is presented among planted gardens. They are distinct collections: request the plan and price for the individual villa.
What private island living includes
The brochure lists 84 planned amenities, including a lagoon pool, beach club, private marina and residents’ lounge. Buying a home on the island does not convey ownership of the entire island or exclusive use of those facilities. Verify access rights and charges.
